Arugula with pickled peaches and fennel in a citrus vinaigrette

Corn Flake shake n’ bake style fried pork chop with collard greens, savory bread pudding and smoky blue cheese sauce

Tavern Classic – Dessert style
Macaron bun, chocolate-covered rice crispy patty, cherry slice tomato, shaved coconut onion, raspberry-lemon curd special sauce, crisp lettuce. Wrapped in foil.
